Travel OR Charge Nurse

Oversee OR operations and nursing staff during assigned days and nights shifts while ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations. Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily assignments; supervise, coach, and support staff development and performance. Assist with performance management and HR activities, monitor supplies and equipment readiness, and coordinate surgical services and patient flow. Rounds with patients and families to support a positive experience, addressing care concerns and escalating issues through the appropriate chain of command. Provide direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing standards. Requires a current state RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, plus one year of acute care nursing experience with one to two years of surgical OR supervisory experience. Sedation monitoring competency is also required. Assignment length is 12 weeks with pay up to $2,297 gross per week.
