Travel OR Charge Nurse

Oversee OR operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations. Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily assignments while supervising, coaching, and supporting staff development. Coordinate surgical services, patient flow, and care transitions, and round with patients and families to support a positive experience. Provide direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing standards and address patient care concerns through the appropriate chain of command. Requires a current RN license, one year of acute care experience with one year in an E.D., and previous supervisory experience in an acute care Surgical OR setting. Available for days and nights shifts in Lewiston, Maine, with a 12-week assignment length.
