Travel OR Charge Nurse

Oversee OR operations and nursing staff during assigned days and nights shifts. Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations while managing staffing, scheduling, and daily assignments. Supervise, coach, and support staff development, assist with performance management, and monitor supplies and equipment readiness. Coordinate surgical services and patient flow, round with patients and families, and provide direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing standards. Address patient care concerns and escalate issues through the appropriate chain of command. Requires current RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and sedation monitoring competencies, plus one year as a staff nurse with one to two years of supervisory experience in acute care surgical OR settings. Assignment length is 12 weeks with weekly pay up to $2,297 gross including a $3/hour differential.
