Travel OR Charge Nurse

Oversee OR operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations. Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily assignments while supervising, coaching, and supporting staff development. Monitor supplies and equipment readiness, coordinate surgical services and patient flow, and round with patients and families to support a positive experience. Provide direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing standards and address care concerns through the appropriate chain of command. Requires one year as a staff nurse with one to two years of supervisory experience in an acute care surgical OR setting, plus current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
