Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist in a home health setting near Creston, Winterset, and southwest of Des Moines, IA. Responsibilities include assessing and treating patients, completing documentation, planning and developing new programs, communicating with patients/families/physicians and staff, presenting in-services, assisting in department operations, and supervising COTAs as necessary. Requires OT degree (B.A./B.S., M.A./M.S., or OTD) and eligibility for state licensure. Required Qualifications
