Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist responsible for assessing and treating patients in home health settings across Creston, Winterset, and southwest of Des Moines, IA areas. Responsibilities include completing documentation, planning and developing new programs, communicating with patients, families, physicians and staff, presenting in-services to staff therapists, assisting in department operations, and supervising COTA(s) in accordance with state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy or Doctorate (OTD)
- Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
- Possess or be eligible for state licensure
