Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) provides comprehensive, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help patients develop, recover, and enhance skills for independent daily living. Delivers individualized OT interventions across diverse settings, creates customized therapy plans based on patient assessments and goals, educates patients and families, collaborates with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, tracks progress, and maintains accurate documentation. Adheres to infection control protocols and regulatory standards; participates in discharge planning to support transitions to community or home-based settings. Requires active OT license in the state, and BLS certification; Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy preferred; NBCOT/OTR certification preferred; new grads welcome for eligible roles. Travel 13-week assignment in Palm Harbor, Florida with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
