Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) responsible for providing comprehensive, evidence-based OT services to patients. Develop personalized therapy plans based on assessments and patient goals, deliver hands-on interventions using adaptive techniques and equipment, educate patients and families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, monitor and document progress, participate in discharge planning, and adhere to infection control and regulatory standards in a 13-week travel assignment at a Gardnerville, NV facility.
