Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) provides comprehensive, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help patients develop, recover, and enhance the skills necessary for independent daily living. Delivers individualized OT interventions in accordance with established treatment plans, uses adaptive techniques and equipment to improve functional abilities in activities of daily living, educates patients and families on goals and strategies, collaborates with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, tracks progress, maintains documentation, adheres to infection control and regulatory standards, and participates in discharge planning for community or home-based settings during a 13-week travel assignment in Grand Meadow, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
