Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) provides comprehensive, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help patients develop, recover, and enhance skills for independent daily living. Works on a 13-week travel assignment at a facility in Rushville, Indiana, delivering direct, hands-on OT interventions, developing individualized treatment plans, educating patients and families, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with infection control and regulatory standards. Requires a state-licensed OT and BLS; preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, NBCOT certification, and OT-related experience. Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- OTR Certification (NBCOT) — preferred
- Master’s Degree or higher of Occupational Therapy — preferred
- Occupational Therapy Assistant experience — preferred
