Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) provides evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help patients develop, recover, and enhance skills for independent daily living across diverse settings. The OT evaluates patient needs, designs individualized treatment plans, delivers direct therapy using adaptive techniques and assistive devices, educates patients and families, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, tracks progress, maintains medical records, and participates in discharge planning for a 13-week travel assignment in Pipestone, MN. Requires active OT license and BLS; Master’s degree preferred and NBCOT certification desired. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- Master’s Degree or higher of Occupational Therapy
- OTR Certification (NBCOT)
- Occupational Therapy Assistant experience, but New Grads are welcome to apply
- Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position
