Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week assignment in a Williams, CA facility. Provide comprehensive, evidence-based OT services to help patients develop, recover, and enhance skills for independent daily living. Create personalized therapy plans based on assessments; deliver direct, hands-on interventions using adaptive techniques and assistive devices; educate patients, families, and caregivers; collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team; track progress, modify plans as needed, and maintain documentation. Adhere to infection control and regulatory standards; participate in discharge planning and contribute to community/home-based care when appropriate.
