Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) provides comprehensive, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help patients develop, recover, and enhance functional independence across diverse settings during an 8-week travel assignment in Sonoma, CA. Responsibilities include creating personalized therapy plans, delivering direct OT interventions, educating patients and families, collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, tracking progress and updating documentation, and participating in quality assurance and professional development. Must demonstrate critical thinking, strong English communication, documentation accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced travel role; licensure and BLS are required, with preferred master’s degree in OT and NBCOT/OTR credentials.
