Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) role for a 13-week assignment in a facility located in Menlo Park, CA. Provide comprehensive, evidence-based OT interventions to develop, recover, and enhance independence in daily living, working with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to create and adjust individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, document progress, and ensure smooth transitions to community or home-based settings. Requires active OT license in California and current BLS; Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy preferred; OTR/NBCOT certification and additional certifications may be required. Travel/temporary position with competitive pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or higher of Occupational Therapy
- OTR Certification (NBCOT)
- Occupational Therapy Assistant experience
- Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position
