Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist opportunity in Ottumwa, IA for a 13-week assignment at a hospital. The OT will perform inpatient evaluations, ADL training, splinting, and discharge planning, collaborating with interdisciplinary hospital teams. Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy and an active Iowa OT license; BLS may be required. 40 hours/week, days shift (0800-1630); travel/assignment with housing and license reimbursement included. 100% paid housing option and comprehensive benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- Active Iowa Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in an acute care or hospital setting preferred
- Prior experience with standard inpatient OT evaluations, ADL training, splinting, and discharge planning preferred
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a hospital environment
