Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,458 per week

Staff Occupational Therapist responsible for screening, evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning across inpatient, long-term care, Alzheimer’s, home health, and outpatient settings. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team to manage patient caseloads from screenings and evaluations through discharges while adhering to State and Federal Regulations. Responsibilities include conducting screenings, evaluations, and treatment plans based on patient needs; active participation in team-based patient care; providing billing documentation; effective communication with physicians and rehabilitation team members; counseling patients and families; thorough and timely documentation; participation in educational programs and in-service meetings; maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards; attendance and punctuality; and performing other duties as assigned. Schedule is day shift with occasional Saturdays. Assignment duration is 13 weeks as a contract position.
