Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,191 per week

Evaluate residents recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or physical limitations and implement individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing setting. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, establish measurable goals, provide therapeutic interventions, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and document services per facility and regulatory standards. Work closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation professionals to help residents achieve functional independence.
