Travel Occupational Therapist needed for a 13-week assignment in a Mesa, AZ rehab facility. Responsible for OT services on a day-to-day basis, delivering therapy assessments, treatment planning, and patient care within a rehab setting. Requires Arizona OT licensure/certification and BLS; at least 1 year of OT experience, with rehab facility experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist Licensure/Certification in Arizona
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Occupational Therapist
