Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Kansas
- Active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
- Skills checklist completed within one year for Occupational Therapy Assistant specialty
- Two professional references from the past three years, including one supervisor reference
- Clean disciplinary record and background clearance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
