Travel RN - Telemetry (contract) in Waterloo, IA. Serve as an RN-Telemetry on a 13-week travel assignment with 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week. Responsibilities include focused reassessments, escalation through clinical channels, safe transitions of care with care plan updates, documenting assessments and patient progress in the medical record, and supporting handoffs.
