RN - Telemetry travel contract in Memphis, TN. 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts for a 13-week assignment. Responsibilities include maintaining infection prevention practices, safe medication administration, documenting assessments and patient progress, performing focused reassessments, and escalating concerns through clinical channels. Requires 2+ years of nursing experience and active RN licensure. Required Qualifications
