Job Summary
RN - Telemetry travel contract in Lexington, KY. 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts. Responsibilities include documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record; maintaining infection prevention practices; safe medication administration; and escalating concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
