Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in a medically complex environment, including Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) levels, utilizing the nursing process. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care while adhering to AACN's Synergy Model and specialty certification standards. Work full-time, 72 hours per pay period with day/night rotation, earning $50/hour plus travel stipend for local candidates within 75 miles. Requires Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.
