Job Summary
Conduct neonatal intensive care duties including managing 2:3 to 4 patient ratios, handling transfers from across the state, and caring for preemies weighing 300-500 grams. Perform BLS and NRP protocols, operate oscillators and conventional ventilators, and manage umbilical lines and hypothermia care. Float between the Neonatal ICU, CCN, and RNICU units as needed while maintaining 48 hours per week of 12-hour day shifts. Complete mandatory Continuing Education modules, Impact Training, and unit orientation during the orientation week. Maintain AL or Compact RN licensure with a minimum of two years in NICU level 3 or 4.

- Every other weekend availability
- Ability to float to CCN
