Job Summary
Recruit viable nurses for travel assignments through prospecting, generating referrals, and working leads. Sell assignments to prospective travelers using a consultative sales approach and implement independent recruiting strategies to screen and evaluate healthcare professionals. Negotiate compensation packages while maintaining acceptable margins and conduct regular competitive shops in the local market. Cultivate a network of potential HCPs and attend trade shows, conventions, and job fairs as necessary. Complete weekly recruitment reports, maintain candidate database files, and ensure traveler satisfaction through planning and follow-through. Build positive business relationships with clients and co-workers while meeting key performance expectations for outbound calls, candidate submittals, and weeks booked.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, networking and relationship management, preferably in staffing
- Must have effective phone presentation
- excellent problem-solving abilities
- negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to collaborate with all people/aspects of selling cycle to achieve all goals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
