Job Summary
Provide comprehensive patient care across multiple locations, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, develop and implement treatment plans, and prescribe medications. See an average of 20 patients per clinic day and complete documentation within 48 hours of each encounter, ensuring compliance with regulatory, licensure, and payer requirements. Deliver care across multiple practice locations as assigned, follow established clinical workflows, maintain HIPAA compliance, participate in quality assurance and utilization review initiatives, and travel between clinic locations as needed. Flexible work-from-home options are available.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active and unrestricted state license
- An active and unrestricted DEA license
- NPI number
- ALS and BLS certification
- Proficient in technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to travel between clinic locations
