Job Summary
Conduct culturally safe, high-quality care in remote, isolated, or semi-isolated Indigenous communities across Northern Ontario while practicing autonomously within a community-based setting. Manage advanced clinical assessment and illness management supported by 24/7 clinical and operational assistance. Maintain full-time or part-time flexible scheduling with comprehensive orientation, food and travel allowances, and a Class G driver's license requirement. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3,000 hours of clinical experience within the last 3 years in one or more of the following areas: Acute, Primary, or Intensive Care; Emergency / Urgent Care; Community Health (Public Health or Home & Community Care)
- Canadian Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Active CNO license (Ontario) in good standing
- BLS (Heart & Stroke Foundation or AHA)
- ACLS, PALS, ITLS
- Valid Class G (or equivalent) driver's license
- Mask-fit test, WHMIS, TDG
- Medical clearance from primary care provider
- Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance / Background Check
