Job Summary
Travel Long Term Care RN for a 13-week assignment in Ludington, MI. Responsibilities include assessing residents, developing and implementing personalized care plans, administering treatments (including wound care and IV therapy), supervising LPNs and CNAs, educating residents and families, documenting care, and coordinating with physicians and healthcare teams while adhering to facility safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. Requires an active RN license, LTC experience, and strong teamwork to support resident-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
