Job Summary
Travel Long Term Care RN for an 8-week assignment in Sauk City, WI. Provides skilled nursing care in a long-term care facility, oversees patient care plans, administers treatments (including wound care, IV therapy, catheter management), monitors for changes in condition, and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. Supervises LPNs and CNAs, educates residents and families, documents care, and ensures regulatory compliance. Requires an RN license and at least one year of LTC experience; strong English communication; ability to read/write; physical ability to handle clinical tasks and equipment. Required Qualifications
