Travel Nurse - Nights - Medical Unit

Travel Long Term Care RN for a 13-week assignment in Rockland, Maine. Responsibilities include assessing and monitoring residents, developing and updating individualized care plans with residents/families, administering treatments (including wound care, IV therapy, catheter management), supervising LPNs and CNAs, educating residents and families, documenting care and changes, responding to emergencies, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and adhering to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. Must read/write/communicate in English and meet physical/motor/sensory requirements to perform duties.
