Job Summary
Travel Hospice RN for a 13-week assignment in Louisville, KY with Fusion Medical Staffing. The role involves providing compassionate end-of-life care and symptom management in hospice settings or patients' homes, developing individualized hospice care plans, educating families and caregivers, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, documenting care and regulatory compliance, and maintaining infection control and safety standards. Requires an active RN license, at least one year of RN experience with hospice exposure, ability to read/write/communicate in English, and the physical and mental requirements to perform the duties in a fast-paced travel environment. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- One year of recent experience as an RN, including minimum six months in hospice setting as RN
- Must read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Physical abilities to perform job duties (stand, move equipment, push/pull, bend)
- Mental requirements to work under supervision and under pressure
