Job Summary
Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Maintain infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards. Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate clinical channels. Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members. Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts. Contract length is 13 weeks with an ASAP start date. This assignment requires 2+ years of experience. Vetted offers guaranteed pay, premium overtime, and housing stipends.
Required Qualifications

- Med Surg / Telemetry
- 2+ years of experience
- Must be available for 12 hour shifts
- Must be available for 36 hours per week
- Must be available for 13 weeks
- Must be able to support safe transitions of care
- Must be able to maintain infection prevention practices
- Must be able to maintain safe medication administration standards
- Must be able to perform focused reassessments
