Travel Nurse - Med Surg Job in Winston-Salem, NC - $2,190 per Week (2YearsExperience Needed)

Perform focused reassessments, escalate clinical concerns, and prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures with post-procedure monitoring. Assess patient status and respond to changes using established clinical protocols. Work 36 hours per week in 12-hour shifts. Requires 2+ years of RN Med Surg experience. Guaranteed pay includes premium overtime at 2x hourly rate. Weekly pay offers financial flexibility.
