Travel Nurse - Med Surg Job in Winston-Salem, NC - $2,190 per Week (2YearsExperience Needed)

Perform focused reassessments, escalate clinical concerns, and prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures while monitoring post-procedure status. Assess patient status and respond to changes using established clinical protocols throughout 12-hour shifts. Work 36 hours per week with a start date of ASAP. This 13-week contract assignment offers guaranteed pay, premium overtime at 2x hourly rate, and weekly payments.
