Job Summary
RN - Med Surg travel nurse for a 13-week contract in Winston-Salem, NC. Responsibilities include performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns through clinical channels, preparing patients for diagnostic tests or procedures with post-procedure monitoring, assessing patient status and responding to changes using established clinical protocols. Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with employer match, housing stipends, travel assistance, and a referral bonus. Required Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years of nursing experience
