Travel Nurse - Med Surg assignment in Saint Peters, MO for a contract position. RN with 2+ years of Med Surg experience needed. 20-week contract, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week. Responsibilities include focused reassessments, escalating concerns through clinical channels, assessing patient status and responding to changes using established clinical protocols, and documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record. Required Qualifications
