Job Summary
Travel RN - Med Surg in Phoenix, AZ for a 13-week contract. Responsibilities include performing focused reassessments, facilitating safe transitions of care with handoffs and care plan updates, and providing patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs. Work 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts. Benefits include housing stipends, travel assistance, weekly pay, premium overtime (2x hourly rate), health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with employer match, and other per-diem perks. Start date ASAP and receive assignment through a travel staffing engagement. Pay package is based on confirmed shifts/hours and may include taxable and tax-free components.
Required Qualifications
- RN license
- 2+ years of Med Surg nursing experience
- Travel assignment experience preferred
- Contract RN role
