Job Summary
Travel RN - Med Surg travel assignment in Jackson, TN for a 13-week contract. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient response, documenting assessments and interventions in the medical record, and supporting safe transitions of care with care-plan updates and handoffs. Schedule consists of 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week, ASAP start. Benefits include guaranteed pay, premium overtime, weekly pay, housing stipends, travel assistance, health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with employer match, and referral bonus.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- Med Surg experience
