Job Summary
RN - Med Surg travel assignment in Concord, NC. 14-week contract, 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts. Responsibilities include documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record; providing patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs; assessing patient status and responding to changes per established clinical protocols; and preparing patients for diagnostic tests or procedures with post-procedure monitoring as indicated.
