Job Summary
Conduct focused reassessments, escalate clinical concerns through appropriate channels, and support safe transitions of care including handoffs and care plan updates. Assess patient status and respond to changes using established clinical protocols while documenting assessments, interventions, and progress in the medical record. Work 36 hours per week across 13-hour shifts with an ASAP start date on a 13-week contract.
