Job Summary
Travel RN - Med Surg for a 13-week contract in Anderson, SC. Requires 2+ years of experience. Responsibilities include preparing patients for diagnostic tests or procedures, providing post-procedure monitoring, supporting safe transitions of care with handoffs and care plan updates, and documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record. Work 36 hours per week on 13-hour shifts.
