Job Summary
Conduct culturally safe, high-quality care for Indigenous communities in remote, isolated, or semi-isolated regions across Northern Ontario. Practice autonomously within a community-based setting while receiving full support from an experienced clinical and operational team. Maintain a minimum of 3,000 hours of recent clinical experience in acute, primary, or intensive care, emergency/urgent care, or community health. Hold a Canadian Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, an active CRNM license, and current certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ITLS. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling is available with comprehensive orientation, food and travel allowances, and 24/7 clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3,000 hours of clinical experience within the last 3 years in one or more of the following areas: Acute, Primary, or Intensive Care; Emergency / Urgent Care; Community Health (Public Health or Home & Community Care)
- Canadian Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Active CRNM license (Manitoba) in good standing
- BLS (Heart & Stroke Foundation or AHA)
- ACLS, PALS, ITLS
- Valid Class G (or equivalent) driver's license
- Mask-fit test, WHMIS, TDG
- Medical clearance from primary care provider
- Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance / Background Check
