Job Summary
Travel RN - Infusion assignment in Medford, MA. Responsibilities include supporting care coordination across providers to promote continuity of care; educating patients on treatment plans, follow-up instructions, and self-management strategies; coordinating scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams; communicating clinically relevant updates to providers; and working 40 hours per week on 8-hour shifts on a 13-week contract. Required Qualifications
- RN license
