Job Summary
Travel RN needed for ICU in Staten Island, NY. This 13-week contract requires 33 hours per week with 11-hour shifts. Responsibilities include performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns through appropriate clinical channels; documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record; supporting safe transitions of care including handoffs and care plan updates; and providing patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs.
