Travel RN opportunity in Hospice Palliative Care in Springfield, OH for a 13-week contract. Responsibilities include communicating clinically relevant updates to providers, applying infection prevention practices, educating patients on treatment plans and self-management, and coordinating scheduling, referrals, and follow-up with clinical and administrative teams.
