Job Summary
Travel RN for Hospice Palliative Care. Travel contract with a 13-week assignment; 40-hour weeks with 8-hour shifts; ASAP start. Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams; supporting care coordination across providers to promote continuity of care; applying infection prevention practices during patient encounters and procedures; administering ordered therapies and monitoring for adverse reactions or changes in condition. Required Qualifications
