Job Summary
RN - Hospice Palliative Care Travel Nurse on an 8-week CONTRACT in Murfreesboro, TN. 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts. Use infection prevention practices during patient encounters and procedures. Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record. Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up instructions, and self-management strategies. Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to support timely decision-making. Required Qualifications
