Travel RN for Home Health in Oceanside, CA. Provide care coordination across providers to promote continuity of care; educate patients on treatment plans, self-management, and follow-up instructions; communicate clinically relevant updates to providers for timely decisions. Work 40 hours per week on 8-hour shifts, contract length 13 weeks, with guaranteed pay, premium overtime, weekly pay, housing stipends, travel assistance, and health/dental/vision benefits. Required Qualifications
