Job Summary
Travel Nurse - Home Health in Gainesville, GA for a 6-week contract. Responsibilities include communicating clinically relevant updates to providers to support timely decision-making, supporting care coordination across providers to promote continuity of care, administering ordered therapies and monitoring for adverse reactions or changes in condition. Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts; ASAP start. Benefits include housing stipends, travel assistance, health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with employer match, weekly pay, guaranteed pay, and premium overtime (2x hourly rate) for travel assignments. Requires RN licensure and 2+ years of Home Health experience. Pay package based on shifts/hours; monthly gross range approx. $8,597–$12,415; weekly $1,984–$2,865; annualized $103,164–$148,980.
