Job Summary
Travel Nurse assignment in Wisconsin at Edgerton Care Center (LTC). 6-week contract with 40 hours per week. Provide comprehensive RN care in a long-term care setting, lead and collaborate with the care team, administer medications following the Five Rights, perform wound care and ongoing assessments, complete resident assessments and maintain documentation, communicate changes to physicians and families, supervise CNAs, and ensure timely resident charting. Highlights include leadership on the unit, attention to documentation, and teamwork within a skilled nursing community. EMR system: Matrix; shift type: any; weekend and holiday coverage as required.
Required Qualifications
- Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care environment
